Key West Visit?

I just read about this hotel in the January edition of Travel and Leisure magazine.  It is Hawks Cay in Key West.  I checked out their site and their rates are pretty affordable, the property has ample water sports,  and even boasts a Dolphin experience.  May be worth a visit for one of my 09 summer adventures.

Packing:  Still Trying to Get the Science Down

On my New Year’s trip to Costa Rica I was determined not to take any check-in luggage.  I succeeded with stuffing a huge purse and a laptop bag (yes laptop bag) with clothes.  I didn’t have to check anything but I still overpacked. I could have gotten away with leaving one shirt and a dress at home and replacing that with my cargo pants and a fleece. I’m learning. By my next trip I will have it down pat (or I should say ‘pack’)!
