Just came back from my annual trip to the Bahamas where we stayed on Paradise Island. I took Kai and her cousin Evan for a girls trip. We had a great time and a couple of adventures…being bitten by jellyfish in the ocean, swimming with the dolphins, Kai creating great sand art and her cousin accidentally knocking the glass bottle shattering it on the pool deck within 30 minutes of Kai finishing it (it was truly an accident but try telling my 10 year old daughter that after well thought out time of putting the sand art together). As always the long weekend was too short, and I am counting the days when I can head back there. Here are a few pics from the weekend. Enjoy!

You forgot your personal chaplain! I was so ready to make huge personal sacrifices to accompany you all to the Bahamas. Heck, I’d even go to the great inconvenience of going all the way to Hawaii … that’s just the kind of priest I am, self-sacrificing and all that. =)
