i’ve never been truly dissapointed with a hotel selection until now.
and it’s with a hotel that i’ve frequented before, the comfort suites paradise island, bahamas. to my surprise they’ve added a few extra ‘amenities’ to their hotel repetoire:  ants, no air condition, and a rude front desk staff.  wow, and all for $269 - $319 [...]

A big shot out to the Homewood Suites in Maitland, FL.  My daughter’s track team (Go Gainesville Striders!) stayed here during the AAU State Track and Field Championships.  Plenty of room, great staff, and decent amenities.  Within a block walking distance (if that far) to an Applebees restaurant.
